Demolition strip-out project at Toyota Administration Building, Altona

The Toyota Administration Building Project, located in Altona, commenced April 2018, it was a working office building at this time and our objective was to bring it back to a shell to turn it into the new Toyota World Based Innovative Concepts Centre.

As part of a complete commercial demolition strip-out, Strategic Demolition removed all ceilings, floor finishes, structural and non-structural walls, stairs, mechanical duct work, toilets/change rooms and internal atrium structure. Strategic Demolition was also commissioned to remove the front façade and feature canopy structure ready for a new facelift.
